Orders or service requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the project work has started, whichever is earlier. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

• Order cancelled within the allowed time frame.
• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error (amount will be refunded after verification).
• Service not delivered as per agreed scope (subject to review).

• Customized software/modules already delivered.
• Third-party integrations or licenses purchased on your behalf.
